Forest Creek Rd – Lorraine Hall
Out of stock
Description
Lorraine Hall is originally from the Hunter Valley in NSW, but is now local to the Sutherland Shire. Her works are whimsical, vibrant, semi-abstract landscapes that are made using acrylic paints. Often the paintings consist of swathes of bright colour built up over very sketchy washes, which gives the works a sense of playfulness and movement. Lorraine's works reference simple shapes found in nature, and this makes them both recognisable and open to interpretation. They would be lovely in a child's bedroom, or in a living area that is crying out for colour.
This particular piece measures 76 x 76cm. It is a large unframed, stretched canvas that will need to be picked up from our shopfront in Gymea.
